All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance by Miles Teamwear. An order is considered confirmed only after final design approval and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to incorrect information, availability issues, or suspected misuse.
Custom Orders & Design Approval
Most of our products are custom-made or personalized. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all designs, artwork, sizes, colours, and details before production begins. Once design approval is given, Miles Teamwear is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are confirmed at the time of order placement. Full or partial payment may be required before production begins, depending on the order type. Payments must be completed using approved payment methods available on the website.
Production & Lead Time
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, and customization level. While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Such delays do not entitle customers to order cancellation or compensation.
Changes & Order Modifications
Any request to modify an order must be submitted before production begins. Once manufacturing has started, no changes to design, sizing, quantity, or branding can be made.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Customized and personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error caused by Miles Teamwear. Non-custom products may be eligible for return or exchange as outlined in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Quality & Manufacturing Tolerances
Minor variations in colour, fabric texture, stitching, or measurements may occur due to manufacturing processes and are considered acceptable industry standards. Such variations do not qualify as defects.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Once an order is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. Miles Teamwear is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services or customs authorities.
Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and branding provided by the customer remain the customer’s responsibility. By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use it. Miles Teamwear is not liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided content.
Force Majeure
Miles Teamwear is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
