Ordering custom sportswear from Miles Teamwear is simple and hassle-free. Our streamlined process ensures accuracy, quality, and timely delivery at every stage.
Choosing the Right Design
Begin by selecting a design from our extensive collection of ready-made sportswear templates, created to suit a wide range of sports and team styles. If you already have a custom design or concept in mind, you’re welcome to share it with us. Our team will review your design and suggest improvements if needed, ensuring it meets production standards while maintaining your team’s identity.
Digital Mockups
Once the design is selected, our experienced designers prepare high-quality digital mockups. These mockups include your team logos, colours, sponsor branding, and layout placement, giving you a realistic preview of the final product. You’ll have the opportunity to request revisions until the design is approved, ensuring complete confidence before production begins.
Order Form & Customization Details
After final design approval, we will provide an order form where you can submit all customization details, including sizes, player names, numbers, quantities, and any additional requirements. If you already have an order sheet or size file prepared, simply share it with us and our team will manage the details accurately on your behalf.
Invoice & Payment
Once all order details are confirmed, an invoice will be issued based on the final quantities and customization requirements. Production begins only after payment is successfully completed. This step ensures order accuracy and allows us to schedule your production within our manufacturing timeline.
Production & Dispatch
Your order then moves into our production phase, where each garment is carefully manufactured under strict quality control standards. After completion, the order is securely packed and dispatched through our reliable courier partners. Delivery is typically completed within 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your location.
